Order Confirmation

Once I have reviewed and approved your order, a confirmation ​message will be sent out with the payment terms and the address so ​you can send your item(s) my way. I can’t wait to receive it!

Design Approval

Now that I have it, a design draft will be sent to you for approval. ​Check the spelling, placement, and other details.- four eyes are better ​than two ;)

What service do you offer?

At Hallow Studio, I offer an in-studio calligraphy engraving service that adds a unique and elegant ​touch to gifts and keepsakes like perfume bottles, wine and liquor bottles, glassware, and more. ​Perfect for weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, or other special moments. Each piece is ​meticulously hand-engraved with your desired message or design, beautifully reflecting the ​personal significance it holds to you.

What is the lead time?

After I received your item, the engraving process is usually 3 to 5 days at most. Keep in mind that ​larger orders may take longer to produce, so I suggest allocating at least a week or 2. This lead ​time does not account the shipping duration for the return of the item to you.

Fo​r​ expedited order, an additional fee of 40% of your selected package price applies. Please inf​orm me in advance, and I’ll do my best to meet you time requirement.

What can be engraved?

I can engrave on glass and some metal with smooth surfaces such as perfume bottles, wine and ​liquor bottles, glassware, flasks, and more. If your item is not mentioned here, send me a photo of ​your item, and I’ll tell you if it can be engraved.

Can I see a draft before you start engraving?

Certainly! I will send a design draft for your approval before engraving. Here you can check for the ​spelling, placement and other details. Misspelling, misalignment or incorrect information will be ​corrected. Packages that include one revision may request changes to the draft such as the ​calligraphy style, or the message.

How do I send my item/s to your studio?

There are four options on how you can send me your item/s:

1. Send your item/s to me via a courier. Make sure that your item is properly packed and ​secured to prevent damage during transit.
   
2. If you’re just nearby my studio, you are welcome to drop off your item/s directly. However​, please do not arrive unannounced; wait for my confirmation to ensure that I will be available t​o receive your item/​s.
3. You can purchase the item online and have it shipped directly to my studio address​.
4. I can shop for you at my local shopping centre, for an additional $12 service fee​.

Feel free to choose the best option that is convenient for you​.​

Can I make changes after approving the draft?

Oops, after engraving has started, changes cannot be made. I kindly ask that you review all the ​information you provide as well as the initial draft. If I haven’t started engraving your piece yet, I ​can still make minor changes such as correct a mispelling, misalignment or incorrect information.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept cash payments and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided in the order ​confirmation. Please note that my small-business operates on payment-first basis. Unfortunately, ​even if I have already received your item, I cannot proceed without prior payment. To avoid any ​delays, I kindly request that you settle your order in advance.

Do you issue refunds?

Regrettably, I cannot issue refunds once the engraving has been completed. Each piece is a ​labour of love, involving a significant of my time and resources. However, your satisfaction is my ​priority. If you have any concerns about your order, please let me know, and I’ll try my best to ​address them.

What if my item was damaged in transit?​

OH NO. I kindly request that you ensure your item is packed properly and securely when sending ​it to me. Please use bubble wrap and sturdy boxes for fragile items to prevent such occurrences. ​Unfortunately, if damage does occur, I cannot accept responsibility, as it is beyond my control.

However, if I am to ship your order, please be assured that it will be securely packed and insured ​through the courier service.

How do I receive my item once it’s engraved?

You can either pick it up at the studio or have it shipped to you.

Hallow Studio is situated in Oak Flats, New South Wales, Australia.
